Varenna Paradise 1 is located in the village of Perledo, surrounded by the green of nature and with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Inside a completely renovated villa, the apartment is located on the ground floor and has an equipped outdoor terrace ideal for dining and enjoying the fresh air in the evening. Internally, on the first floor, Varenna Paradise 1 consists of a large living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. One the lower floor, there is a depandance that consists of a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
Always on the lower floor there is also a large garden, which is shared with the other guests of the house, while on the upper floor there is a private parking space. Furnished with simplicity and elegance, it has many comforts available to guests such as WiFi, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and much more.
Varenna Paradise 1 is only 1.5 km from the lake, the famous Varenna, the train station and the ferry, with connections to and from Milan and all the lake center.

The property is lovely with fantastic views over the lake. The villa is very spacious and clean and has good outside space. A great base and only a short walk from the train station and into Varenna. The walk into Varenna is quite steep and the stepssee more
The property is lovely with fantastic views over the lake. The villa is very spacious and clean and has good outside space. A great base and only a short walk from the train station and into Varenna. The walk into Varenna is quite steep and the steps are cobbled and so not suitable for heelswedges. Taxis are readily available and fairly cheap if you have a lot of luggagedon’t want to tackle the cobbles. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Their main offices are very central and easy to find.

The appartment is very nice and big and the view is even better than on the pictures. The fuses went off a few times due to thunder storms, however there were instructions on how to switch them back on and Varenna Holidays also replied very quickly isee more

Good location with about 10-15 min walk from the railway station in Varenna, We lived 5 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Fresh and with a great view. There was also parking space for the car. We are all very pleased with the accommodsee more
