Elizabeth house è una casa fronte lago di origini antiche ma completamente ristrutturata nel 2015 mantenendo lo stile dell’epoca e valorizzando le caratteristiche artistiche e architettoniche. L’arredamento di altissima qualità mette ancor più in evidenza il lusso dell’immobile, oltre che i decori accuratamente restaurati sulle facciate esterne della casa.
Elizabeth house è posizionata nel centro della zona più popolare di Varenna, ed è protagonista di migliaia di fotografie scattate dai turisti affascinati dalla bella e colorata Varenna. La zona giorno al primo piano è composta da ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto, poltrone e camino con affaccio sul lago, ampia cucina con zona pranzo e ulteriore divano, bagno con doccia. Al secondo piano si trova la zona notte: 3 ampie camere matrimoniali e un bagno con doccia, tutto valorizzato dalle travi a vista. Elizabeth house was the perfect place to spread out, relax, and explore at our individual paces as we recovered from jet lag. The apartment was clean, cool (they have a/c downstairs), and kitchen was well equipped. The location couldn’t be beat. We would spend our afternoons sitting on the balcony soaking in the sun and tourist buzz from the shops and restaurants below. All in all it was a perfect stay!

The balcony was my favorite spot and a great place to watch the sunset over the mountains. The apartment is very well decorated and makes you feel right at home. Loved it all!!

Varenna was our first stop on our Italy adventure. The Elizabeth House is situated right on Lake Como. It is spacious and clean. Views are amazing! Plenty of room for two couplessmall family. The amenities were great, fully stocked kitchen to prepare your own Italian dish and sip wine on the narrow balcony (all part of its charm ). Our only problem was. the hot water in the upstairs shower. We had two couples sharing one small shower downstairs. We notified the management and unfortunately it was not resolved during our stay. We stayed 4 nights. First we were told tomorrow, then the part was ordered and checking out said looking into. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again !! Thank you Elizabeth House. |

When I rented this house it listed that it came with air-conditioning. When I got to the house I was told that it no longer had air conditioning. Luckily it was not very hot during our stay. Instructions for some of the appliances were missing. Hvedi di più

The unit is located in the harbor overlooking the water. It was magical sitting on the veranda having a glass of wine just taking it all in. The unit it self has been d, has a great kitchen and was clean and again the location can't be beat.

More toilet paper, some paper towels and tissues. It would be nice if you provided coffee supplies and a few bottles of water.
The coffee maker was a K cup type machine and there was no place close enough to buy them.

Our family cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is. The details are perfect. It’s a historic home lovingly and thoughtfully restored. We have never stayed in any place like it. All of the rooms were comfortable and charming. There was ample room for our party of four adults and two children. The kitchen is well appointed and our hosts provided coffee. Always a huge plus! It’s also perfectly located in Varenna. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Lake Como we will certainly stay again. Thank you for a memorable stay!
